Expanding the UNICEF/MoEAT Inclusive Inclusion Program in Egypt's public schools

We analyze the current situation in public schools to evaluate interventions inclusion program interventions against standards for participation, accessibility and accessibility We identify progress, gaps, and opportunities to guide expansion. We work with the Ministry of Education and education Technical and UNICEF to modernize the theory of change, develop a monitoring and evaluation framework and tools, and share results Via reports Performance measurement, summaries, and case studies, with efforts coordinated through Education Working Group meetings and monthly follow-ups. We then create a national framework to expand across Egypt and a final plan, based on stakeholder consultations, that establishes A clear roadmap for policy harmonization, institutional capacity building, teacher training, infrastructure development and learning materials facilitating accessibility, engaging the community, ensuring sustainable financing, and promoting accountability.
