Vocational Training Program

In response to the final phase of the Vocational Training Program hosted by Eitesal NGO in collaboration with Almentor and GIZ Egypt—aimed at advancing Persons with Disabilities in web and software development—we successfully conducted outreach to 150+ potential candidates with disabilities. A variety of outreach strategies were employed, including the use of digital platforms and direct communication channels, to ensure the program reached a diverse pool of candidates across different backgrounds, geographical areas, and professional aspirations.
